What getSend is
getSend gives you an email address you need briefly and then throw away. You make up a name on getsend.xyz, and the address is ready straight away. No account, no sign-up, no payment details. It has been running since 2014, operated by LW IT Solutions Company Lukas Wójcik in Łódź, Poland.
It is made for the one-off job: a download behind a form, a forum you read once, a shop that sends a confirmation link. Your real address stays out of it, and the spam that follows does not reach you.
In three steps
- Make up a name and pick a domain. There is nothing to set up.
- Enter the address wherever it is asked for.
- Open the mailbox for that same name. New messages appear on their own.
You can send as well. Incoming messages can be forwarded to an address of your own for a period you choose. You confirm the destination address through a link we send there; every forwarded message carries an unsubscribe link.
What is deleted, and when
- Incoming messages and their attachments: after 7 days.
- Uploaded attachments with no message sent: after 4 days.
- Access logs: after 90 days.
This runs automatically. You can also delete a message yourself at any time. We keep no archive. Deleted and expired content is not restored.
What getSend is not good for
Mailboxes are open. There is no password. Anyone who knows or guesses the address can read the mailbox too, without you finding out.
So send nothing here that would harm you if it became known: banking, mail from authorities, password reset links, two-factor codes, invoices, contracts, health or ID data. And nothing that has to stay reachable for longer than seven days.
