Your message does not go out right away

We review everything sent from here before it is delivered. So there is a wait between sending and arrival. If something has to reach the recipient within the next minute, this form is the wrong way to do it. We do not promise that a message will arrive.

The recipient sees your sender address

The getSend address you picked appears as the sender on the message. The recipient can reply to it, and the reply lands in a mailbox that anyone can open without a password. So write nothing you would not want sitting there.

Attachments

Files you upload that never turn into a sent message are deleted after 4 days. A half-finished form is not a place to park files.

What you may not send

• advertising to recipients who did not ask for it, and bulk mail
• harassment, threats, insults
• phishing, fraud, malware, posing as someone else
• anything that breaks the law

Messages like that are discarded during the review. We may hold messages back and block addresses; the details are in the terms.
