About us
Who runs the service
getSend has been running since 2014. The service is operated by LW IT Solutions Company Lukas Wójcik, al. Tadeusza Kościuszki 80/82 lok. 301, 90-437 Łódź, Poland. The full details are in the imprint.
Behind it is a one-person operation. Development, running the servers, handling abuse reports and the texts on this website all come from the same person. That explains a few things: replies sometimes take a while, and there is no support phone number.
Where the knowledge in the blog comes from
The articles in the blog are written by the same person who runs the service. The knowledge in them comes from running a mail service day to day: from the headers of incoming messages, from delivery problems with the spam filters of other providers, from abuse reports, and from waves of spam and phishing that arrive in the open mailboxes and become visible there in context.
One example: on an evening in July 2026, within barely a quarter of an hour, the same supposed warning that the domain getsend.xyz was about to expire went out to a whole series of addresses on this service. Cases like that show how a wave is put together, and what gave it away.
That is the source, and it is also the limit. We list no degrees, certificates or awards, because there are none to list. What the articles contain is experience from running the service, not an expert opinion and not legal or security advice. The contents of individual user messages are not reproduced there.
What getSend is not
getSend is a throwaway service, not a secure mailbox provider. Mailboxes have no password, the contents of the messages are not encrypted, and after seven days at the latest they are deleted. What that is suitable for and what it is not is set out in the help; what is stored and for how long, in the privacy policy.
