What this form is for

Write to us about faults, questions about the service, data protection matters, and abuse reports. What we cannot do is open a mailbox for you, find out who is using an address, or bring back a message that was deleted or has expired. We do not look inside mailboxes, and there is no archive.

Reporting abuse

Name the address affected and include the full headers of the message, along with the date and time it arrived. That is what lets us trace the case and stop it; without the headers we usually cannot.

Get in touch quickly. Messages are deleted after 7 days, access logs after 90 days. After that we have nothing left to work with.
